Intro is growing with a rapid pace in an exciting space. We're helping clients across the globe find talent - a crucial problem for companies in all industries in every corner of the globe. We work with a smart, fun and innovative community of clients and help them solve a problem that matters for them. We are at a breaking point in the Intro history and need people to take care of the demand from existing clients.

We're now looking for a Talent Search Specialist. Intro automates talent search and sourcing, but our premium customers have premium requirements - and that's where we need help from our talent search specialists.

Our ideal candidate will be fast-paced, analytical, have an interest in recruiting and be well acquainted with technology.


  • Create and evolve a passive talent search strategies for our clients to ensure we identify and help them hire the best talent in the market; be responsible for generating highly qualified and targeted candidate pipelines for multiple clients across the world.
  • Measure and cascade recruiting reporting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence for our clients, and suggest decisions informed by data.
  • Improve the identification, outreach responsible for producing highly qualified candidates ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients
  • Help ensure our clients sourcing processes are structured.
  • Support or clients in shaping their candidate requirements, and refining them.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success team to deeply understand the hiring needs of our clients and proactively translate that into a searchable talent pool.
  • Help our clients build a diverse pipeline of technical candidates.
  • Write and set up candidate communication and compose email templates - both in Swedish and English
  • Represent our clients with integrity and professionalism.

  • Flexible schedule with the ability to do whatever it takes, including working early morning or evening hours
  • Your mother tongue is Swedish and you are fluent in English.
