The goal of the Digital Marketing Lead is to grow lead acquisition and customer narratives. You will work as a cross-function between the founders, the sales team and customer success. You will act as an important key player, with a loud voice and operate in a profitable business with more than 100 clients. 

You will be responsible for the performance marketing and executing Intro's go-to-market strategy. You will leverage your communication, analytical, and marketing skills in order to achieve qualitative and quantitative organizational goals. You will serve as trusted marketing adviser throughout the organization.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

  • Develop and implement a world-class acquisition marketing strategy
  • Setting strategy and working operative with Inbound Marketing and Marketing Automation to increase leads and sales. Creating Workflows, Sequences and content in HubSpot.
  • Build strategy and manage paid social and paid search
  • Identify, test, measure and optimize various marketing channels in order to grow the company’s top-line while maintaining excellent LTV/CAC ratios.
  • Craft communication of value propositions, messages, positioning and core content to Intro's clients
  • Establish our short and long term strategy for growing awareness and accelerating adoption of Intro's products.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

  • 3+ years of Digital Marketing and/or Growth Marketing B2B experience
  • Exceptional working knowledge of digital marketing, including: email marketing, social media ads etcetera.
  • Excellent team player with a track record of leading teams. You have the ability to inspire and grow people on your team to be high performers and love their work.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple ambiguous deadlines and projects in a fast moving environment.
  • A quick analytical mind to optimize your worktasks for the best organizational result
  • Not afraid of getting your hands dirty
  • A love for the written and spoken language
  • A naturally curious mind
  • Fluency in Swedish (mother tongue) and excellence in English. 
  • High performer and moves with a higher pace than your team mates
