We are at a breaking point in the Intro history and need people to take care of the demand from existing clients.

We define Customer Success literary; your job is to help our customer succeed. We are looking for a Customer Success person to help our clients understand their needs, maximize their results with Intro and grow. We are looking for a hard-working person with a smart mind to WOW our clients with timely, white-glove customer service. Your main responsibility will be to make our clients satisfied and educate our global community.

Our ideal candidate will be fast-paced, business-minded and have empathy and patience with customers and is well acquainted with technology.


  • Help our clients set up a scalable recruitment process
  • Support or clients in shaping their candidate requirements
  • Collaborate with every aspect of the company, particularly the sales and product team
  • Schedule regular check-ins with our clients and expand their existing contracts, optimise the clients likelihood of contract renewal
  • Keep our clients up to date and well-educated on latest features and educate through every step of the customer journey
  • Collect, aggregate and synthesize customer feedback
  • Onboard new clients and help them get started and achieve success with Intro. Walk that extra mile and more. Wine and dine and over-deliver.
  • Take part in defining and implementing our Customer Success strategy and processes
